Position: Regional Manager - Los Angeles Area

Experience with: Affordable Housing / Low-Income Housing

Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 per year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Your responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison between on-site personnel, our Central Office, and property owners and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Effective Communication: Engage with owners, investors, and government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
Team Harmony: Promote and maintain a harmonious team environment, addressing grievances objectively and fairly.
Reporting Excellence: Prepare and deliver required reports to owners and investors promptly and accurately.
Employee Management: Oversee hiring, evaluation, and termination of development employees, ensuring a positive work culture.
Budget Control: Actively participate in the preparation of annual operating budgets, ensuring expenses are within approved limits.
Innovative Solutions: Execute strategies like "lease-up" and utilize Section 8 applicants to maximize revenue for each development.
Qualifications:

Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and leading on-site operations.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Budgeting Skills: Familiarity with budget preparation and expense control.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new challenges and effectively contribute to the success of each assigned development.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 84,000.00 Per Year
