Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join their team. This role is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in the Stamford office three days a week. As part of the HR Operations team, including HRIS, the HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring an optimal work experience for the company employees and maximizing their impact on the organization. The successful candidate will be an insightful professional with experience in Workday data, capable of creating reports to uncover insights for informed decision-making. Familiarity with the inner workings of Workday is essential to provide support and configuration assistance to the HR department.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key functional support for HR applications used across the company.
Elicit, organize, translate, analyze, and prioritize both business-level and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into reporting deliverables and assess analytical needs.
Determine relevant approaches for utilizing Workday data.
Provide strategic insights through workforce metrics, dashboards, and comprehensive analysis.
Lead research addressing critical HR issues and provide support across Workday functions.
Automate, standardize, schedule, and publish key reports and analyses to disseminate data and insights.
Assist internal customers in understanding workforce metrics and utilizing analytics for decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
5 years of experience working with Workday reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in research, data, metrics, and analysis.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, including familiarity with advanced spreadsheets.
Experience working with and presenting to senior/executive leadership teams.
Attention to detail, strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Proven track record of translating data and metrics into measurable results.
Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence others.
