About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant that can derive a lot of insight in a visually compelling manner, just by analyzing data. The insight is expected to appear to all Contact Center Stakeholders which includes an Executive Audience, that is well versed in the business and delivery of Contact Center Solutions. The Senior Analytics Consultant is expected to design, create visual elements with business intelligence software and summarize key findings. The individual will be working closely with team members to research problem statements, conceive new ideas to generate efficiencies and work independently to create content that resonates with target audiences. In this role, you will:

+ Develop and Manage business intelligence solutions for the respective business organization

+ Research Application performance and generate findings to forecast key trends that requires remediation

+ Collaborate with team members to collect data to research in support of new initiatives in alignment with OKRs

+ Analyze business requirements, assist with design, develop and launch standardized reports that can be published among team members, management and executives across technology and product organizations

+ Create and maintain documentation which would include the design, requirements and user manuals for the analytics derived on a reoccurring basis

+ Participate in brainstorming sessions to determine key KPIs and performance metrics that were realized based on recent programs implemented

+ Help design and maintain dashboards in CCaaS that our team and partners will use

+ Demonstrate persuasive written, presentation and communication skills

Required Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

+ Extensive Knowledge and understanding of research and analysis

+ 4+ years of SAS , SQL , MS SQL server experience

+ Ability to research and analyze data sources for daily workflow, Ad-Hoc and long-term research projects as well as audit projects.

+ Experience building and modifying moderate to complex SQL queries using Teradata ( SQL ) against multiple enterprise databases (iCon/ EIWP /Datamart)

+ Experience building reports in Tableau to verify workflow completeness, work with Tableau developers to automate necessary daily reporting

+ Experience building, monitoring, and modifying multiple internal databases housed on SharePoint sites that serve as workflow environments

+ Experience collaborating with internal partners, stakeholder, audit and testing teams.

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Experience with CCaas

+ Contact Center experience within the financial industry
