We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a diverse skillset to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in Bluebeam, Excel, Ground-Up commercial projects ranging from $30M+ Preconstruction and Commercial Construction. What You Will Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process. This includes budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. You will lead the team in achieving our project goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that safety standards are followed and for providing guidance on any issues that arise while on the job.

What You Need for this Position

To be successful in this role you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction industry. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and have a deep understanding of Bluebeam, Excel, Ground-Up, Teamplayer, Preconstruction, and Commercial Construction. In addition, you should be highly organized, a great communicator, and a strong team player.
