HxGN EAM Developer or Infor EAM - 003 (HxGN, EAM, SQL, Asset Management)

Job description

• Support LIRR Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations from the initial business analysis, system requirements and system design functions. This position will play a primary role in the development and configuration of the LIRR HxGN EAM System.
• Design, configure, implement and deploy HxGN EAM software solutions that have been configured to accommodate unique transit industry operating and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs
• Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
• Support and develop activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through initiation to implementation and deployment
• Consult on Asset Management best practices (encompassing maintenance, inspection, and reliability) leveraging the capabilities of the HxGN EAM application (both core and mobile)
• Facilitate and lead requirements gathering workshops with the ability to identify and analyze business needs
• Develop gap analysis of current/desired business process and system capabilities
• Design solutions incorporating out-of-box functionality and/or collaborative solution design with technical teams for custom functionality
• Identify areas of system optimization based on business processes
• Develop system reporting solutions based on business needs (in the form of Queries, Inboxes, KPIs and Dataspys)
• Create, validate, execute and document test cases
• Assist in the development of end-user training and reference materials
• Perform or assist in end-user training
• Assist in implementation go-live and post-go-live activities
• Support requests from users to research system problems or errors, and to assist in their resolution
• Provide technical evaluation of proposed technical solutions and provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration work including mobile
• Hours: Avg. 37.5+ hours per week based on SME availability for meetings and other requirements

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years HxGN EAM experience, v 11 and higher
2. Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework
3. Proficiency in developing and implementing FlexSQL to achieve business needs
4. Experienced in Work and Asset management functions of Infor EAM (Work Orders, Planning, Equipment, etc.)
5. Minimum 5 years enterprise asset management system delivery services, leading solution development teams
6. Minimum 5 years of experience in EAM implementations
7. Proficient in MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project
8. Ability to modify/adapt systems, applications, and programs to meet business requirements.
9. Understanding of complex relational database organization, design, and functionality
10. Experience in desktop / mobile computer support and troubleshooting software related problems
11. Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skill in relating technical information to non-technical personnel
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
13. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
14. Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, a self-starter
15. Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization

Benefits

Rate :$94 - $104 DOE

Prefer HYBRID ROLE,1 week per month preferred to be on SITE at office in JAMAICA, NY - Mandatory
