Job description
Adecco is hiring for an Accounting Assistant located in Naperville, IL. This is a contract role. Pay is $26.76/hr.
This position operates under the direct supervision of the Finance Administrator Supervisor within a very fast paced environment. What You Will Do:

Review and approve new business opportunities / Business renewals based on business provided guardrails
Set up Billing Arrangements and Special Pricing following specific guidelines set forth by the business
Maintain a workload for specific accounts designated by strategic business unit.
Drive the invoicing process by communicating with all parties when information is needed (i.e. Billing Arrangement numbers, start & end dates, invoice and billing adjustment request information, and reference numbers.
Engage in problem solving by reading and processing requests and interpreting the data to provide appropriate recommendations.
Assist & educate sales reps to stay compliant with corporate policies and procedures.
Approve pricing requests that fall within applicable guardrails provided by the business.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of successful finance, administrative/sales support
