A manufacturer in Ventura is looking for an Accounting Manager to add to their team due to growth within their team
In this role the Accounting Manager will be responsible for month-end close, GAAP compliance, intercompany transactions, and inventory reconciliations
To be successful in this role, the Accounting Manager should be data savvy, detail-oriented, and a good communicator

What do you need for this Accounting Manager role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Must have inventory experience
- Advanced Excel
- Experience supervising or reviewing the work of others
What will you do in this Accounting Manager role?
- Review month-end close
- Check journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis for accuracy
- Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
- Roll-forwards and analyze cost and inventory
- Create consolidated financials
- Manage operational and GL accounting staff
