Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative at Overland Chauffeured Services, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by actively soliciting new business and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries, including corporations, events, educational institutions, and more. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with decision-makers to understand their transportation needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target industries to generate new leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of choosing Overland Chauffeured Services for group transportation needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries through regular communication, networking events, and follow-up activities.
- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique transportation requirements and offer customized solutions that align with their objectives and budget.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes that outline service offerings, pricing, and terms to prospective clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients to secure new business partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations by effectively communicating client requirements and expectations to the operations team.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a strategic approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years selling experience
