Established (40 Years) General Contractor Seeks Senior Superintendent! Southern, CA!

Experience as a Superintendent
Experience working at a general contractor
Industrial concrete tilt-up projects
Pro-Core & MS Project is preferred
Able to work in Los Angeles/Riverside and San Bernardino Counties
Team player with solid communication skills
Provide comprehensive quality control by studying contract documents and questioning all uncertain details
Prepare and review all subcontractor scopes of work to ensure compliance with the project plans and contract documents
Review job site conditions and set up a logistical plan prior to commencement of the work
Review any building department and local requirements that have jurisdiction
Conduct in-person meetings with assigned building officials to develop working relationships
Conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings
Manage and coordinate all project-related site activities daily
Conduct daily job site walks to monitor and observe quality and safety practices of all field operations as well as weekly coordination meetings with all relevant trade partners
Initiate the Request for Information (RFI) process using input from all major subcontractors
Update project schedule weekly
Track and manage change orders and/or potential project impacts
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with both subcontractors and clients
Oversee the execution of the punch list items in a timely fashion
Ensure the final product is aligned with contract documents and exceeds client expectations
