Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Join Our Team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role as the primary liaison between our valued clients and customers. Your responsibilities include providing detailed information about our products and services, addressing concerns or complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

We are in search of dedicated CSRs who are committed to serving the community with a genuine desire to assist others. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing environments, excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask are essential qualities we seek for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through open and effective communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
• Handle customer complaints, finding timely solutions and alternatives, and ensuring resolution through follow-up
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go above and beyond to actively engage and assist customers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Please note that this position requires on-site work and involves travel; it is NOT a remote role
