Chiropractor Elm Grove, WI (10 miles W of Milwaukee)
We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Elm Grove, WI, conveniently located 10 miles west of Milwaukee. Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping others healthy living and wellness, loves educating patients on the benefits of chiropractic, and is a fantastic adjuster. An Associate who is professional, upbeat, positive, and preferably certified in torque release technique. Webster certified is a bonus.

We are a Chiropractic practice that has proudly served the community for 5 years and we continue to grow! As an Elm Grove WI chiropractor, we encounter many patients from Brookfield, Elm Grove, Waukesha, and all-around Milwaukee with various conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, chronic pain, migraines, and sports injuries, all in search of pain relief. With the skill and expertise, our approach to providing relief from such issues has been a game-changer for our practice members and has helped them live happier lives. We strive to be a leader in our community and have established a culture for our team of both support and education. By using state-of-the-art technology and the most advanced chiropractic techniques, we can allow everyone the possibility to live the life they deserve - preventing illness and free from pain.

Duties:
Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging
Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine
Take and review/mark up x-rays
Diagnosis and care plan formulation
Chiropractic care- Manual adjustments, Torque release technique, Webster, rehab exercises, lifestyle counseling, and various treatments and modalities
Patient education on the benefits of routine chiropractic care, home exercises, need for continued chiropractic care and following of the care plan, lifestyle modifications
Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records
Follow up patient phone calls
Stimulating referrals
Assisting with insurance
Educational talks in the community (must be comfortable planting fishbowls & giving educational talks at local businesses)
Perform 1-3 marketing opportunities throughout the year at community events
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
Chiropractic license in WI
Certified in torque release technique is preferred
Webster certified is a bonus
Schedule:
Full-time
Mon Thursday (with occasional Friday am as needed)
Salary (range):
$65k-$75k per year
Benefits:
Bonus compensation new patient referrals
PTO 2 weeks plus 3 personal days
Mon-Thursday work week
