Are you a seasoned Litigation Attorney looking for your next challenge? We have an amazing opportunity for you in Bowie, MD! We are seeking a dynamic Senior Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our team.

We are a passionate and dedicated legal team specializing in representing real estate investors, landlords, and construction contractors. Our work spans a variety of fascinating areas, including real estate and construction litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, land use/zoning matters, real estate closings, and other civil litigation such as employment and injury cases.

What You'll Do:

As our Senior Litigation Attorney, you will dive into a diverse array of litigation matters, including real estate, construction, employment, and injury cases. Your responsibilities will include drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigator, with a proven track record of success.
Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, and efficient with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable manner.
Collaboration: Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Maryland (licensure in the District of Columbia and Virginia is a plus).
