Do you want a flexible hour job working with Elementary Children? Are you 21 and/or older? Do you have a CDA, a degree, or 12 college credit hours in Early Childhood? If so, then we need you to apply today!

SITE DIRECTOR II: Before and After School Program Site Director

Full Time Hiring Bonus of $100/month paid for each month worked during the school year (September - June). Must work AM and PM shifts; Monday-Friday to qualify for this bonus.

Part Time Hiring Bonus of $50/month paid for each month worked during the school year (September - June).

MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW. NO WAIVERS OR EXCEPTIONS.

Here's what you'll need:

• Must have a minimum of a CDA
• OR 12 credit hours dedicated towards Early Childhood out of 48 credit hours
• OR A Degree in a field related to Early Childhood or Medicine
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards

Locations: Prince William County Elementary Schools in Woodbridge, Haymarket, Gainesville, Nokesville, Bristow, and Manassas.

Schedule: Before School hours are roughly 6:00-9:00 AM and After School hours are roughly 3:00-6:30 PM.

• $20.00/hour

As an AlphaBEST Captain , you'll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
• Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
