We’re seeking a Regional Registered Dietitian in the Amarillo or Lubbock area to join our growing team! Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency with regard to attendance are extremely important to this job. The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperative and politely work and deal with others, and effectively multi-task and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job.

We are looking to add a Regional Registered Dietitian with excellent communication skills that can help each food and nutrition team provide the best for our residents. Experience in long- term care and geriatric nutrition is preferred but not required. Our new Regional Registered Dietitian would work hand in hand with our Certified Dietary managers. Responsibilities would include nutritional assessments and care planning of long-term care residents in skilled nursing facilities, working closely with each facility’s Certified Dietary Manager to ensure foodservice systems are followed to provide delicious meals out of sparkling clean kitchens, and monitor quality and accuracy of meal service as well as resident meal acceptance.
Must be a registered and licensed dietitian in Texas. You will plan your own schedule to visit your assigned facilities each month and will receive a car and cell phone allowance in addition to salary.
Region will cover the Panhandle.
