Join our dynamic team at a prestigious healthcare facility located in the heart of Houston, Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager for our Case Management department.

As the Nurse Manager for Case Management, you will assume a pivotal role, providing leadership and oversight for all case management operations. You will serve as a valuable resource for clinical excellence, educating and guiding the team. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to hospital regulations and standards, as well as implementing policies and procedures to enhance workflow. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and dedicated staff.
