- LEAN methodologies – Process Mapping, KanBan Method, Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), GEMBA
- Participate in workgroups as an active contributor
- Basics of project management
- Medical insurance process
- Medicaid / Medicare / Covered CA
- Healthcare terminology
- Communication and presentation skills
- Technical skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Database, SQL, and Power BI
- Gain practical knowledge in healthcare EMR data analysis using NLP/LLM
- Healthcare claims data
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
- Current Graduate Student attending an accredited institution require d.
Key Qualifications
- Can perform intermediate level of word/excel programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Writing skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
