Title: Accounting Specialist – Agency Bill

Job Summary
Reconcile Agency Bill Broker/Company Invoices and process them for payment via Check, ACH or Wire. Respond to timely payments that need to be handled quickly. Process Account Reconciliations when asked. Be able to answer or direct Accounting Questions to the correct team members for answering. Properly navigate EPIC, need knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of scanning to SharePoint. Being able to process Check Requests in his/her time slots.

What We’re Looking For:
Entry level – 3 years of previous accounting experience preferred.
Excellent administrative, multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to pay strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze and problem solve complex issues
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to use standard office equipment such as 10 key calculator, copier and scanner
High School diploma (or equivalent)
