The Allison Inn & Spa is Oregon Wine Country's first full-service luxury resort in the heart of the Willamette Valley.
The Allison Spa is one of the most elegant luxury spas in Oregon. In harmony with the natural beauty of Oregon Wine Country, our philosophy at The Allison Spa is to nurture the entire being. Our extensive spa menu blends living energies from the ecological elements of the Willamette Valley including fruit, herbs, flowers, water and our renowned pinot noir grapes.
*Part Time Esthetician : Flexible schedules offered, one to three days per week. Seven-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch break. Up to five treatment hours per day. All services have 15-minute turn-over’s. Current hours of the Spa: Monday through Sunday 9am - 5pm. Able to rotate weekend days off.
Pay range: $15.45 plus flat commissions which brings our Esthetician Therapist to
$36.50 – $53.50 per service . We offer annual hourly increases as well as commission increases as you grow with us! Services are not booked by seniority; all schedules are balanced each day. Additionally, our luxury spa environment brings healthy gratuities!

Duties and Responsibilities - To provide personal attention and unparalleled service to each guest.
- Maintain cleanliness, neatness and professionalism of the treatment rooms, main prep areas and spa facility.
- Stock supplies such as sheets, towels, oils, facial products and products.
- Prepare treatment room to par after each treatment.
- Remain current on all spa requirements of The Allison Spa.
- Follow established standard guidelines for treatment procedures and protocols.
- Always show a positive, pleasant and helpful attitude.
- Ensure the privacy of each guest.
Job Skills/Requirements/Qualifications - Possess Current Oregon Esthetics & Cosmetology License.
- Proficient in charting and client prescription documentation
- Proficient in a variety of bodywork techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all team members.
- An enthusiastic, positive demeanor and desire to provide exceptional guest service.
- Pre-employment Background Check.

Working conditions/Physical Requirements - Must be able to stand and /or sit for extended periods of time. Must have complete range of motion, no physical limitations restricting movement.
