Company Overview

Intuit is a global technology platform that helps consumers and small businesses overcome their most important financial challenges. Serving more than 100 million customers worldwide with TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

People who work for themselves fuel our global economy. In the US, small businesses employ 60% of the workforce and create 80% of new jobs; internationally the stats are even more skewed. But the odds are stacked against them. One of two fails in the first five years, two of three before they can turn ten. In the backdrop of the global pandemic, the small business software landscape has seen exponential growth. Small and mid-market businesses now more than ever use multiple tools to get their jobs done. But this presents new challenges - multiple versions of truth, siloed experiences and workarounds that become workflows.

As the Senior Product Manager on the QuickBooks Online Integrations Experiences & Capabilities team, you will have the opportunity to define the strategy and build scalable and reusable 3rd party app integration experiences within QuickBooks online that will amplify the speed to benefit and accelerate efficiency for our customers when they use QuickBooks and other software solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to elevate the QuickBooks experience for our customers irrespective of whether they are using an Intuit offering or other third-party solutions. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, designers, marketers, customer care, analysts and researchers to deliver best-in-class product experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role, ideally with a SaaS based software company in the fintech space.

Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and negotiating skills are a must.

Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team, managing scrum ceremonies and constantly seeking to educate the team on product strategy and roadmap.

Passion for building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems.

Superior communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions.

Strong data literacy and ability to use data and analytics to back your strategic approach.

A bias for action with a proven track record of delivering results at scale that impact critical business metrics in the short and long.

Experience in matrixed organizations; ability to drive results through collaboration and influence.

Prior experience in building, shipping and scaling platform capabilities (or) experience in the integrations space would be a plus.

Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered); advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Work closely with architects, senior engineers and designers to design secure and scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience.

Spend time with customers and partners to understand their pain points and gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way.

Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across a wide breadth of different internal teams and external partners.
