Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) currently has a full-time opening for a Behavior Technician for a local early intervention program located in Norristown, PA.
The BT will be assigned to a specialized classroom (Mon-Thurs) to support the teacher and other staff assigned to the room with student behaviors, personal care needs, and other tasks as identified by the teacher.

- Lending Library access: PTS recognizes the added expense in providing evaluation materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapists to borrow.
- Team Tuesday: Join our monthly Team Tuesdays via Zoom, where you can connect with other PTS professionals to ask questions, share resources, and network.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the BSC in implementing behavioral programming as well support the student with other personal care needs. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes.
- Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures
- Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.
- Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum one year experience working with children in a behavior role
- Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances
