Position Available: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about Social Media and Digital Marketing? We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Troy, MI. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day social media marketing activities, including content creation & scheduling, monitoring, analytics, videos and graphics, planning, strategy, and internal marketing. A Day in the Life as a Social Media Marketing Specialist:

Reporting to and collaborating with the Marketing Team Lead and upper management, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media marketing strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and editing engaging video content for cross-platform performance
Administering A/B tests for marketing campaigns
Collaborating with the marketing team to distribute content effectively
Creating and managing digital marketing content to support sales efforts
Collaborating with various departments to create internal training materials and videos
Performing other duties as assigned
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about Social Media & Digital Marketing and understands how to drive warm leads and increase sales through strategic social media initiatives.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of Digital or Social Media Marketing Experience Required (video content experience a plus)
Associates degree or higher (Business degree and/or Marketing specialization a plus)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
Team-oriented mindset
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
Typing speed 40+ WPM (Ability to Touch Type)
Ability to work in the office 100% of the time

Typical Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Part-time hours are also available. Please note that this role is fully in person at our Troy location.
