Job Summary:

As a Social Media Manager, you will collaborate with the Social Media Director to develop engaging content, leverage various platforms, and drive brand awareness and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Craft compelling and innovative content across text, image, and video formats, maintaining brand voice and resonating with our target audience.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, posting schedules, and monitoring.
Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and applications, applying insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and brand image across all channels.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, utilizing insights to optimize strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments for content production and development.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging platforms to recommend innovative approaches.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
Proficiency in various social media platforms and management tools, as well as analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creativity in content creation.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements:

While primarily conducted in an office setting, some positions may be performed remotely. Employees must be able to perform essential functions, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing, computer usage, and clear communication.
