Job description
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee our quality pesticide-free organic bean manufacturing facility and ensure the efficient production of quality goods. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to fit in with our philosophical belief that you should know what is in your food and where your food comes from.
As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our production facility. This includes overseeing the development of production plans, scheduling, and ensuring all operations are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring production and quality control to ensure that all products meet established standards. You will also be tasked with ensuring the safety of all employees and the facility.
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in food manufacturing. The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of production processes, quality control, safety protocols, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
