We are searching for a full-time prep cook to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down workstation
- Prepare meat, vegetables, sauces, and mixes
- Label, stock, and inventory deliveries
- Assist line cooks to maintain stock during busy service
- Maintain cleanliness of Back of House (BOH) tools and stations
Qualifications
- Experience with the demands of professional food preparation
- Own a sharp knife or know how to sharpen a knife
- Attention to detail and organization
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to push oneself to work quickly, efficiently, and clean
- Aspirations to learn new skills such as stir-fry and tempura fry
