Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, the CRM / Learning & Development Administrator is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) system on a day-to-day basis and implementation and coordination of training and development for the sales organization. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, able to pay close attention to details and have analytical thinking skills. Additionally, this role will require in-depth knowledge of internal sales, marketing, and business processes.

Principal Accountabilities

CRM System Management:

+ Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

+ Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the organization’s business requirements.

+ Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the CRM platform.

+ Own and drive Lead management system for follow-up efforts, driving new customer relationships

Data Management:

+ Oversee data migration, integration, and cleansing activities to maintain the quality of CRM data.

+ Regularly audit and clean data to eliminate duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.

+ Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity.

+ Regularly report on pipeline health and progress toward Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

User Training and Support:

+ Provide training to new users and ongoing support to existing users to maximize utilization of the CRM system.

+ Create and update user documentation and training materials as needed.

Reporting and Analytics:

+ Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.

+ Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators .

Integration and Collaboration:

+ Collaborate with IT, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless integration with other systems and tools.

+ Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions accordingly.

Learning and Development Growth

+ Spearhead learning and development sessions and maintain the MCG University as a best-in-class resource.

+ Learning Programs: Coordinate and lead all commercial learning and development programs, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

Education and Experience Requirements:

+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business, marketing, finance, or accounting.

+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in a CRM management function.

+ Preferred: Extensive CRM management as well as training and development experiences.

+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

+ Advanced experience with management and implementation of Salesforce or other CRM systems required.

Sills Requirements:

+ Demonstrates excellent planning and organizational capabilities and takes on multiple projects.

+ Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.

+ Exceptional knowledge of marketing and sales processes and workflows.

+ Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills.

+ Results and accuracy orientated and ability to strategy, tactics, and performance metrics.

Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)

+ The salary range for this position is $73,000 – $91,300. Factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence the base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state) if authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
