Description:
This position will focus on Internal employee expense reports. They will look at the purchases made through American Express cards and classify the reports correctly and verify that everything has been paid out correctly. The invoice total will be low week over week but each report will contain tedious line items to go through and verify. This work will be done using excel and then transferred to Great Plains after verification. Candidates must be able to perform Pivot Tables and V Lookups in excel. Another part of this position includes going through employee BG checks to verify that invoices are paid out to the 3rd party running the checks. There will also be account reconciliations and accruals to focus on and reconcile. Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem solve on accounts is preferred. Account reconciliation and General ledger experience is highly preferred as well.

Coding invoices with accuracy and resolving and identifying issues within invoices will be a main component. Position will mainly focus on AP duties with reconciliations and GL work added in.
