Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Position Overview: UniConcepts Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the seamless operation of our restaurant facilities. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in HVAC systems and general maintenance, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.
Responsibilities :
- Handle general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry to maintain the overall infrastructure of the restaurants.
- Conduct routine cleaning of HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant managers or staff, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they escalate.
- Collaborate with external contractors or vendors when specialized repairs or installations are required.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and inventory to ensure proper documentation and efficient resource management.
- Uphold safety standards and regulations, ensuring a secure environment for both employees and customers.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of basic HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations pertaining to maintenance activities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Salary : $20 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
