Ideally, we're looking for an ambitious person who has an eye on leadership and advancement. We're looking for someone with these capabilities to advance to a Sales Manager within the first year.
As an Estimator, your primary responsibility will be to:
-Create accurate estimates for residential and commercial painting projects.
-You will be responsible for assessing materials and labor costs
-Ensuring that projects are completed according to timeline and budget
-Providing ongoing support to project leads.
-Attending meetings set for you by our outbound marketing efforts
-Estimating/Sales experience (3+ years preferred)
-Painting experience preferred
-Salary: $50k-$55k
-Commission: $30k-$90k
