Job description
ERP International, LLC () is currently seeking a Functional Analyst for a full-time position supporting the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Functional Management Office (FMO), ACES FoS PMO & HAF/A4I in Montgomery, AL. The Functional Analyst will perform requirements analysis and develop user stories to support agile team.

Job Specific Details and Tasks
- Performs requirements analysis and develops user stories to support agile team
- Create Jira tickets and manages development and sustainment tasks in Jira
- Provides customer support and end-user support as required
- Applies business process review to support the coordination of activities between and amongst functional units supporting one to more functional lines of business
- Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization; contribute to acceptance/functional testing duties.
- Participate in agile incremental delivery approach which supports incremental development of every 2 weeks
- Assist development/test teams in activities with test script development and acceptance testing
- Communicates with the development team and stakeholders to successfully address requirements
- Needs an understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the bandwidth/ability to learn processes and toolsets listed below:
- Agile Methodology (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, XP, any Agile methodology)
- Agile Phases (e.g., Backlog Refinement/Grooming, Pre-Planning, Sprint Planning, Build, Code, Test, Go-Live Production, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospective)
- Features (describes the what/needs for the customer)
- Story (describes how to being the feature to life)
- Business Rules (for the story)
- Acceptance Criteria (for the story)
- Traceability linkages (feature – story – design code – test cases – bugs)
- Testing Components
- Test Strategy (sprint)
- Test Objectives (sprint)
- Test Cases creation
- Software testing based the story
- Test Case Bugs (identify, resolve, or mitigate)
- Dev Team Collaboration to support various activities in pre/during/post sprints
- Ability to work well in Team Dynamics
- Provide cross-functional support across various application projects in the organization

Qualifications
- Education: BS or BA or 3-5 experience
- At least three (3) years experience working in an agile development environment
- Three 3 year’s experience writing and executing test scripts (manual and automated)
- Experience working multiple projects simultaneously, and handing changing priorities
- 3 years (Minimum) experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Experience with Automated Readiness Information System (ARIS)
- Experience with Automated Civil Engineer System (ACES)
Desired Qualifications
- Certification: CSM or related Agile practitioner certification
