Job description
BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a t ravel RN position. This Divisional Float Registered Nurse will support our Maryland Visits Division providing home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis for our offices throughout the area.
This permanent full-time position requires availability during the day, with a Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends, holidays, or on-call is required. Position assignments are based on divisional need and could be in any of the following offices and their service areas:
Baltimore Visits - Baltimore City/ County
Baltimore West Visits - Howard, Carrol, and Frederick Counties
Anne Arundel Visits - Anne Arundel County

One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Home health visits and OASIS experience is required as well.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary
Case management and coordination
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
