Job description

Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

We are seeking a skilled part time Administrative Assistant to join Premier Tax and Finance. This position is a temporary assignment requiring 20-30 hours per week. The duration of this assignment will be for 4-6 months or longer based on business needs. The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our tax professionals and managing various administrative tasks, including scanning tax documents and assisting with other project work. The ideal candidate will be familiar with entering data into Customer Relations Management software (CRM), excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a fast paced environment with a high level of professionalism in handling sensitive information.
