LOCATION: Ridgefield Park, NJ

JOB SUMMARY FOR Administrative Assistant:

We are seeking an onsite Onboarding/Administrative Assistant in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

Pay Range: $17-$21/hr

Responsible for supporting newly contracted Authorized Service Centers (ASC) through the early stages of their authorization.

Helping the ASCs understand and meet all Onboarding requirements prior to being fully activated in the Service network.

The Onboarding Assistant will host one on one meetings via video meeting to train the new ASC on how to be successful as an ASC.

This role will work closely with the new ASC and with the Regional Service Managers (RSMs) who manage each territory and ASC.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Administrative Assistant:

Build solid relationships with the newly contracted ASCs by walking them through the Onboarding Requirements as a new Servicer.

Patiently support the new servicers while assisting them in accessing the necessary systems to begin requirements.

Keep organized records of communications with each new servicer to ensure timely follow-up is made with each provider.

Understand all service network policies that needs to be followed by our new servicers.

Clearly and simply explain said policies to the new servicers.

Host one on one video meeting with each new ASC train new servicers on key system steps.

Provide business training and deliver best practices to each servicer to facilitate a successful partnership.

Review system data to ensure that the company is setup and ready to begin work.

Report to leadership weekly and monthly on activities and status.

Submit for all approvals needed systematically to activate a new ASC once all onboarding requirements have been met.

Compile, edit, and gather accurate data from multiple sources to track requirement completion.

Provide real-time reporting of new ASC status.

Support additional Ad-Hoc projects related to servicer authorization.

JOB EXPERIENCE FOR Administrative Assistant:

BA preferred or comparable business/field experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional relevant experience

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR Administrative Assistant:

Top 3 Skill Sets: Strong communication skills, Patience, Organization

Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point, & Word skills required

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage ones time

Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.

Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support to the customer.
