As a candidate with 1+ years' experience in estate planning or probate, you are tech-savvy, enthusiastic about learning new programs, and possess excellent communication skills. Your attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team set you apart. Your Responsibilities:
Drafting correspondence
Client communication
Utilizing software for creating estate planning documents
Document preparation for client signing
Follow-up with clients and gathering necessary information
Conducting client signing meetings
Assembling binders for client delivery
Collaborating with the attorney to finalize estate plans
Qualifications:
1+ years' experience in an estate planning law firm preferred
Comfortable interacting with clients in person, in writing, and over the phone
High proficiency with technology
Ownership mindset for file management
Extraordinary attention to detail
Self-starter with strong multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Strong work ethic and team player mentality
