Job description
Reporting to the designated team lead, the Support Analyst I provides on-going support, training and facilitation, evaluation of team member development, and other training initiatives. This position requires flexibility, including the ability to travel to different Atlantic Health Medical Centers throughout NJ and PA and provide off-shift or weekend support/training as required. Understands the implementation of new Epic functionality and enhancements, working with application build teams on its designed workflows and emphasize its appropriate use with end users. This position will provide ongoing support in areas such as Epic workflows, training design/delivery and evaluation of training outcomes. The individual in this position may assist in the design of support/training solutions based on Help Desk call trends, provide support and training for the learning management system (LMS), serve as a resource on effective usage of electronic health record (EHR) applications, and serve as general point of contact for AHS’s Help Desk with respect to questions concerning supported applications.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements
Education
High School Diploma
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of Epic Ambulatory, Epic Orders, Clinical Content Builder or Cadence/Prelude experience highly preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of Practice experience.

Preferred or required after 12 months of hire to obtain Epic Proficiency and Credentialed Training status.
