Job description
Link is looking for an energetic innovative person to handle marketing operations including but not limited to advertising, promotions, customer acquisition, retention and service for our broad range of products and services.
Our line of products and services include Link Automotive which focuses on the vehicle repair industry, Link Local which is a marketing app that focuses on small local businesses, and Link Transportation which combines multiple forms of transportation into a single platform.
Some of the duties of this role include creating and implementing marketing ideas, handling social media accounts, training customer service representatives, providing customer service, copy writing, handling events, grow app usage, community engagement, and grow awareness of brands, products and services.
Preferable traits include excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of social media and online advertising platforms, outgoing and friendly attitude, technology savvy, and graphical design skills. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
