Our Award Winning Client, a prominent player in the Manufacturing & Production industry, seeks a Finance Business & Operations Analyst to join their Global Rolled Products Operations unit in Lancaster, PA.

Job Description: Our Award Winning Client is in search of a Finance Business & Operations Analyst for their Lancaster, PA plant, recognized for over 75 years of leadership in the aluminum manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to executing and reporting progress against tactical and strategic directions for operations, encompassing financial and non-financial metrics.
• Assist in formulating monthly forecasts and annual operating plans for the location.
• Provide financial analysis and alternatives to optimize pricing and product mix for marketing.
• Maintain financial and cost control systems for accurate and timely information.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations between Oracle and the AS400 system, preparing adjusting journal entries for the general ledger.
• Support preparation of the company's Self-Assessment Tool.
• Participate in the budgeting and reporting process.
• Assist in the accounting and management of fixed assets.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive operational excellence by cultivating an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and marketing leaders to deliver best-in-class products and service.
• Execute critical business analysis to drive key business and financial decisions.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to Operations departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years' experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in software programs including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Understanding of computerized reporting systems, query tools, and internal control.
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holders only apply.
