Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing/Growth Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to devise and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing revenue through the effective utilization of social media platforms and fostering relationships with real estate agents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to prospecting and generating leads to expand Horizon Point's customer base in the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky real estate markets. Responsibilities: • Cultivate and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals to generate referrals and increase business opportunities. • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement through various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). • Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials to attract potential clients and maintain ongoing communication with existing clients. • Utilize social media advertising tools to target specific demographics and maximize reach and conversion rates. • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and establish partnerships with key stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal teams, including services and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations summarizing marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI analysis for management review. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. (Preferred) • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or home services industry. (Preferred)• Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and CRM software. (Required)• Strong content creation skills with attention to detail and creativity. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners. (Required)• Strategic thinking and assertive problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets. (Required) Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. (Required) Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. They are dedicated to providing comprehensive inspection services including home inspections, sewer scopes, termite inspections, mold inspections, and radon testing. With a commitment to excellence and customer education and satisfaction, we aim to ensure that our clients make informed decisions about their current and future properties. Compensation Package Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)Commission Structure Three-tiered model based on monthly revenue goals hit. Mileage Reimbursement (Monthly)Company Credit Card for expenses (Exculeds gas)401k Profit Sharing (Eligible after 1 year)Health Coverage Plan (Eligible after 90 days of employment)Vacation: 5 days after one year of employment, max bank 240 hrs. Personal Time: 5 hrs per year (No accrual) Sick Time: 40 hrs per year (Max 80 hrs accrual)
