SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK

HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR A PART TIME POSITION!

• Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025
• Schedule: Day shift 7am-Noon or 8am-1pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintain inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner.
• Checking incoming shipments against product invoice.
• Storing, organizing and delivering incoming product as it arrives.
• Notifying management or department head when product requested is out of stock or on back order.
• Keeping track of shipment schedules for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Checking incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and/or discrepancies.
• Processing and picking up all company mail to include coordinating and scheduling pick up times with couriers.
• Maintaining an orderly and organized file system.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in math.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Previous experience in shipping preferred, but not necessary.
• General computer knowledge (Word & Excel).
