Description:
This position is responsible for the set-up, operation and leadership of the pouch machine teams. Primary duties will include: Set up and safe operation of pouch machine.
- Perform as the lead operator on pouch machines
- Troubleshoots and resolves mechanical maintenance problems on machines
- Keeps the machine area well supplied with materials for the next shift
- Continuously monitors pouch machine operations for efficiency, quality and minimal scrap

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of Technical Manufacturing work
Machine Operating experience
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to troubleshoot
Can fluently read tape measure
