TRISTAR is seeking a Ansible Automation Developer for our government customer in Bloomington, IN

Position Description :

• The Ansible Automation Developer supports the development of automation solutions utilizing Ansible Core and Ansible Tower
• Strong programming fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
• Understanding of operating systems and/or computer networking concepts

Position Responsibilities:

• Create and deploy Ansible solutions for a distributed data center infrastructure environment
• Develop Ansible playbooks and modules
• Administer Ansible infrastructure
• Perform maintenance and configuration, troubleshoot and resolve issues in the dev, test, and production environments
• Update system and process documentation and user guides as needed
• Diagrams and SOPs as needed
• Automating Enterprise Network Management's, Active Directory, and Network Infrastructure devices
• Utilize GitLab for source control

Position Requirements:

• 3+ Years with Ansible/Automation
• Hands on/Relevant experience on ansible automation
• Deep knowledge of automation tools like Ansible and Python
• Python experience a plus
• Knowledge of Linux (RHEL)
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Must have active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one

Education and Certification:

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• IAT level II certification with DoD 8570 (Example CompTIA Security Plus) or willingness to obtain prior to start date
