What are we looking for?

BetterHelp is looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to scale new user acquisition by sourcing, prospecting and launching net new marketing partnerships. Partnerships is one of BetterHelp’s largest marketing channels, driving thousands of new clients to Betterhelp each month. Some current partners include health and wellness media publishers, women’s lifestyle brands, newsletters, employee perks and rewards programs, mental health apps, and many more affiliates and brand partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by using your Sales and Bus Dev skills to source and establish net new marketing partnerships, which will bring new clients and revenue to BetterHelp. Ideally, you have proven success in sales, business development, and/or affiliate marketing. You are excited about prospecting new partners, closing deals, developing new relationships and scaling them to high-performing partnerships. You thrive in a fast-paced, performance role. The base salary range for this position is $85,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus or commission, RSUs, and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2024 ( Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
