ABOUT FOOD SERVICE SALES MANAGER “What you’re getting into”

The Foodservice Manager is an in office position responsible for creating and ensuring first class execution of our strategies for both foodservice and within our hot beverage portfolio. They plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the sales strategy and execution of our Fountain, Bottles To Go, and Hot Beverage Business This position translates sales and brand strategies into executable plans, positions Bernick’s and brands as the market leader, and creates go-to-market strategies, working in partnership with all stakeholders including customers, suppliers, management, and front line.

Additionally, the Food Service Manager will lead the development of emerging brand partnerships for the Soft Drink portfolio.

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage Key Foodservice Accounts: all casinos, restaurant groups and more.
• Identify development potential in accounts by studying current business and evaluating additional needs and potential opportunities.
• Develops new business by building market position to locate, develop, define, negotiate and close business relationships.
• Pursue emerging brand partnerships to enhance the Soft Drink Portfolio
• Build networking connections and establish go to market strategies to become a preferred DSD provider

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field
• 5+ years proven success in Sales or Sales Management
• Communication Skills including conflict resolution, negotiation, and experience in meeting with senior level leadership
• Experience in working with consumable products
• Excellent understanding of the market with the ability to provide innovative solutions
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience working with a portfolio of brands and varied suppliers
