Position Overview:

Are you passionate about optimizing transportation networks and enhancing supply chain efficiency? We're seeking a talented TMS Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in implementing state-of-the-art transportation solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in the Blue Yonder (BY) TMS platform.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, opportunities, and risks.
Share industry insights and best practices while tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
Build strong relationships through both remote and in-person engagement sessions.
Develop detailed functional design documents to capture client requirements accurately.
Execute customized designs within the BY TMS application, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Utilize established project management processes to track progress and communicate updates effectively.
Foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Lead project meetings with clients when necessary, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in transportation management, with proficiency in Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) TMS.
Familiarity with Blue Yonder's transportation suite of products and configuring multiple carrier modes.
Strong understanding of both functional and technical components/systems, including APIs, ERP systems, BI tools, etc.
Knowledge of connected fleet management technology and integrations is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time, remote role with the flexibility to live anywhere in the US.
Travel requirement: Up to 35% by airplane and/or car, with occasional overnights.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of office products and supplies (up to 40 pounds).

Salary Range:

$65,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
