*Advice and counsel to business partners on legal issues related to transactional matters involving the purchase and sale of goods and services; the sourcing of direct and indirect commodities/supplies; and, the establishment of a variety of collaborative relationships in the support of the Company's short and long term vision. *Advice and counsel to business partners on various regulatory matters typically encountered by large manufacturers in the automotive industry, including matters related to OSHA, NHTSA, FMVSS, Import/Export, Data Security, Data Privacy and Environmental. *Support in reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide-variety of transactional documents, including documents regularly encountered in support of manufacturing supply chain transactions and complex sales relationships in the automotive industry. $140,000-$170,000
