Job description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 apps, including Outlook and Teams, as well as SharePoint. Additionally, the candidate should possess a strong background in organizational skills, with demonstrated experience managing projects with deadlines. An instructional design background is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Apps Expertise:
Utilize Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook and Teams to facilitate communication, collaboration, and project management within the organization.
Leverage advanced features and functionalities of Microsoft 365 to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and drive effective project execution.
SharePoint Management:
Manage SharePoint sites and document libraries to facilitate document storage, sharing, and collaboration among team members.
Customize and configure SharePoint sites to meet the specific needs of various projects and programs within the organization.
Project Management and Organization:
Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Showcase past projects where organizational skills were critical, highlighting successful outcomes achieved within specified deadlines.
Instructional Design:
Apply instructional design principles to develop training materials, documentation, and resources to support organizational learning and development initiatives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 apps, including Outlook and Teams.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with SharePoint, including site administration and customization.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects with demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Background in instructional design or related field is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
