Family Medicine Physician (FP)

A Family Medicine Physician (FP) is needed in Warren, PA.

• Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Outpatient
• Autonomy

Requirements

• Compassionate Care
• Minimal On-Call Coverage – 1 week: 2 months
• By phone only
• Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Pennsylvania
• MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in the State of Pennsylvania
