Job description
Korzen Health is working with Healogics and Baystate Health to employ a Nurse Practitioner for our Wound Care program.
We offer Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy training. You will have a full-team in place from the initial start date. The Wound Care Center is an Academic Affiliated program.
You must have 2+ years of NP experience in a procedural environment (i.e. urgent care, wound care, specialist medical office). We may be able to substitute similar RN experience in lieu.
Scope of Practice Includes:
- Performing assessment, debridement, wound dressings, skin substitutes and hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
- Treatment of an average of 10-15 patients per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (patient volume varies).
- Our clinic is generally open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm- 40 hours a week.
- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
- Treatment of Adult and Geriatric patients
- Compensation - base salary with bonus plan in place

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements:

- Nurse Practitioner license
- MSN, Board certified
- DEA License
