$1,250 SIGNING BONUS
$19-$27/hr. plus shift premium
2nd shift positions available (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)
SUPER GRINDER:
Operator must be able to perform these tasks.
- Read/Understand drawings and tolerancing.
- Proficient using measuring equipment. (micrometers, calipers and dial indicator).
- Find, setup and load programs in CNC
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to manufacture dimensionally accurate parts, safely.
- Understand grinding characteristics EXAMPLE: Dressing, truing, RPM and feed rates.
- Keep up on operating supplies. (Coolant, oils, filters exc.)
- Computer literacy
- Time management
BROACH:
Operator must be able to perform these tasks.
- Read/Understand drawings and tolerancing
- Understanding of go gages and using pins to measure spline data
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to setup and operate machine safely.
- Keep up on oils, cutting fluid and operating supplies.
- Ability to evaluate broach wear/damage to determine action plan. (sharpen or replace)
- Time management
HONE:
Operator must be able to perform these tasks.
- Read/Understand drawings and tolerancing
- Proficient using measuring equipment. (calipers, bore gage, standards and go/nogo gages)
- Following SOP’s to manufacture dimensionally accurate parts, safely.
- Ability to setup, assemble/dis-assemble mandrels, maintain and tru-in stones both Aluminum oxide and CBN.
- Keep up on operating supplies. (ordering tools)
- Time management
OTHER:
- Sending and delivery of Heat Treatment.
- Create Heat treatment ticket along with sufficient boxing.
- Communicate pickup and delivery with shipping. (you may deliver or pickup at times)
- File paperwork, unload and disperse incoming orders correctly and timely
- Sand blast (if applicable)
