About This Role 

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Compliance and Inventory Team member to join our company, and to provide support for our purchasing, production and inventory management activities. Experience in working with METRC and planning in a manufacturing environment is desired. The Compliance and Inventory teams work with the Production scheduler to ensure departments have proper compliance stickers for production and to ensure items are properly inventoried following manufacturing. In addition maintaining inventory records and audits of actual inventory against Leaflink and inventory management software sure and Inflow will be carried out monthly. This position will work on a team to ensure all labeling requirements are being met within the facility. Familiarity with Thermal Transfer printers and printing software such as ZEBRA is desired. This position will work with the inventory tracking software INFLOW along with the state compliance software METRC. As with all MBAF LLC employees you may be moved to assist with other tasks as needed. 

Other Responsibilities may include: 

• Performing physical receipt and delivery of cannabis products and properly entering data into METRC  
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment in maintained. 
• Maintain and prepare METRC Tags, production calendar and piece tags 
• Properly enter inventory into Leaflink and other sales software as needed 
• Perform quality control checks on final products before delivery 
• Assigning new METRC tags to plant and product packages 
• Create trade samples and sample transport manifests for the Sales team 
• Performing physical receipt and delivery of cannabis products and properly entering data into METRC 
• Dealing with returns, product quarantines, and write-offs 
• Maintaining high-level familiarity with METRC and MMFLA/MRTMA rules and regulations relating to packaging and inventory controls 
• Assist the Compliance Team with maintaining facility records in accordance with cGMP standards. 
• Assist with general work required by supervisors in facility to maintain production standards and schedule. 
• Assist with procurement of raw materials and maintaining vendors and inventory into company CRM system INFLOW. 
• Preserve a culture of professionalism. 
• Ensure equipment is properly stored in an organized fashion. 
• Ensure daily / weekly production goals are met across facility. Adjust schedules to ensure inventory for brands are maintained.
