Position Title: Programmatic Media Manager

Reports to: Head of Activation

Location: Boulder/Louisville/Denver, CO (In-office Tue-Thu with remote work option Mon & Fri)

Role Overview:

We're seeking an entrepreneurial leader to spearhead our Programmatic Media business unit, driving its evolution into a robust profit engine within our rapidly growing digital consultancy. As the Programmatic Media Manager, you will leverage your expertise to orchestrate audience-first, full-funnel multi-million dollar campaigns for our global clientele.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic development and execution of innovative Programmatic campaigns across various platforms such as Google DV360, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk. Collaborating closely with our Programmatic team, you'll be responsible for crafting complex campaigns that yield tangible value for our clients. Additionally, you'll serve as the primary client interface, delivering strategic presentations and ensuring exceptional campaign performance. Your leadership will extend to mentoring and nurturing the professional growth of our team while collaborating with DELVE's Leadership Team on resourcing and staffing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in:

Building and inspiring high-performing teams to execute performance-driven Programmatic campaigns efficiently.
Driving commercial value through strategic client management and expanding Programmatic capabilities.
Cultivating profitable business growth by establishing trust with senior-level clients and industry partners.

Role Expectations:

Champion project margin management and foster a culture of leadership over management.
Act as a customer advocate and thought leader, demonstrating expertise beyond the scope of work.
Prioritize team development while ensuring maximum profitability and operational efficiency.

Role Qualifications:

8-10 years of hands-on experience with Programmatic platforms.
Proven track record in managing paid digital media, with substantial experience in Programmatic.
Strong leadership background, including team management and client engagement.
Expertise in performance measurement frameworks and executive-level presentations.

Technology & Industry Expertise:

Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google DV360, and The Trade Desk.
Extensive knowledge of the Programmatic landscape and its relationship with other marketing channels.
Demonstrated ability to drive business unit expansion and proactive platform development.
